What we collect

Calculator inputs are never sent to our servers. All math runs in your browser using JavaScript. When you close the tab, your inputs disappear. We do not store, transmit, or persist any business data you enter into the calculators.

Manage your consent

We use Google's Consent Mode v2. Analytics and advertising cookies are denied by default until you grant consent through our cookie banner. You can reopen the banner anytime via the Manage cookies link in the footer to change or withdraw consent. Essential cookies for site functionality and security always run.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-2N6BDLH40Y) to track aggregate page visits. Page URL, referrer, country (not precise location), browser, device type, and session duration. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to distinguish unique sessions. IP addresses are anonymized before processing per Google's defaults. Analytics cookies only run after you grant consent.

We do not use Google Analytics audiences, demographics, remarketing, or signal-based ad personalization. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking site-wide by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using browser tracker-blocking extensions (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger).

Local storage is used only for site preferences (e.g., remembering whether you've expanded "Show your math"). No personally identifiable information.

Advertising

We display advertisements served by Google AdSense to fund this free site. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites. Advertising cookies only run after you grant consent through the banner. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings or by reopening our cookie preferences.

Third-party services

Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts and ad scripts from Google AdSense. These third parties may collect IP address and basic browser information when you load our pages, governed by their respective privacy policies.

Children

RestaurantCalcs is intended for restaurant operators and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

Your rights
